Wondering what seems easier to most people?
I read somewhere once that while in a hover, it's easier to set your curve so the throttle stick is about half way. Any thoughts...

yah, I believe that most people set up a throttle curve so that you have a steady change in RPM's throughout the throttle travel. Then your hovering stick position lands wherever it works. Its more important to have smooth throttle increments/transition than to be able to hover exactly in the middle of the stick.

I dont use any type of curve, where throttle is needed to keep it in a hover is where it stays!

I adjust my curve for the RPM needed where I feel the most comfort with the stick position.
Work for me, plus I get a smaller change in the rpm so that it effects the plane in a more steady fashion and no doing a pogo up and down with one click of the throttle changed.

It depends on how your plane is. Under over powered and the throttle will be in a different position. You just have to tune the plane and radio just right and you can make it happen. But it's usually the engine that you use and where the stick is to hover, is usually how it is.
