Default How Many mAh Per Flight?

How many mAh (per receiver pack) does you system use in a 12 minute flight?

My 36% with 8 8611a and 1 analog servo powered by 2 4800 mAh li-ion battery packs, uses about 210 mAh per receiver pack.

I have been stuned with my new model, and the amount of juice i have been putting back into my 5200 packs. Two gallons of gas, 5 flights later, and I am putting back in 926 to 968mah. Thats roughly just under 200mah per flight. My three cell 2600 powering my Seiko is accepting a little over 400mah. I can't recall what my ignition pack is accepting. This is a 40% by the way with three servos on the main wings, and a total of four servos in the stabs.

you can't simply convert voltage change into amp/hours...doesn't work like that.

My set up is 8 x 5955 in a 2.6 yak and I burn about 100 mah x 2 for a ten
min flight . There is no 3D , mostly IMAC and all of my servo arms are as
short as they can be , batts are 2500 LiPo @ 20C .

My usage has always been very low on all of my planes .

Yeah I don't really pay attention to the MAH to voltage thing. I have a friend that's really into electric stuff that knows how to, sort of.

I have the 4800 MAh By Fromeco and i am using 220+- MAh every flight.
I have a 50cc plane with 1 8611 servo and 5 8411.
The ignition is using 50+- MAh for a flight.

Bodywerks.... forgive me...but your numbers seem a bit high...

is that all batteries added together?
If that is the amount from each battery... I would look at it...

It is not outragous, it just seems high

I think you might have a little overkill servo wise. But that's just my opinion.

If you want an interesting experiment,
try running a prop that is SLIGHTLY out of balance, or richen up the low end so the engine shakes more in the lower ranges, and THEN measure your mAh usage...

This may simply be due to the fact that you can top up a NiMh more then a lipo. By that I mean a lipo will stop charging at 4.2V per cell were as a NiMh can accept a bit of overcharge which your charger will record as mah in.

I draw about 300mah per GP2000 5cell NiMh pack for 12min 3D flight on my AW 35% 260 probably for the reason above.
