Hey Mike,

Check out the ground clearance with the 4 blade! If they used a 3 blade, I think it would touch the ground.

That's massive power for that plane... It's like putting a 150cc on a 50cc bird.

I am really amazed on how little it seems to be shaking with the engine running.

Can't wait to see it flying.

Good Luck with the maiden flight, guys.

The engine is super smooth. This morning I went over everything one more time before installing the cowl, prop and spinner.

John will come over today to load it up and prep for hitting the road midweek. Later, Jared Sisk

Bob,

As the maiden draws near with the powerplant mounted ,with that flawless Powerfin prop hangin on the front. The entire plane is such a wonderful piece of engineering and workmanship. It is great to have you wishing us the best of luck.

Absolute best Regards, Jared Sisk

Bob,
<O></O>
Many nights we sat around drinking and talking about when and where this baby would fly. I remember going out looking at potential sites….. And now here it is about to take to the skies. Hate that you (we) won’t be there to see it, but such is life. Man the craftsmanship on that monster was great, but was is the operative word. Just working with you during the construction of the 40% Extra 260 proves that your craftsmanship is much better than when the 70% was built. <O></O>
<O> </O>
Hats off to you and the guys that are putting this into action………….<O></O>

Best of luck guys with the Maiden….<O></O>
