How many rolls of covering did that take.
I can't even see any seams in the covering job.

The heads are tilted for the cooling system. I'll take a pic of the coolong system installed and post it on the eve of the 16th. All the support is greatly appreciated.
Best Regards, Jared Sisk

WOW,I am impressed.I was wondering whether it might be possible to get a 3 view of this beast so i can make a copy of it for Realflight G3.5.Also i would need some specs so as to make the G3.5 version as close to the real one as possible.Any help would be greatly appreciated and i would be honoured to make such an iconic bird for the FG crew. Thanks for any help that can be offered.I have made a version of Bill Hempels 52% Weeks Solution and think the FG 70% Staudacher is the logical next step.

Perhaps this was answered in the previous treads but I will ask anyway....
How are you getting past the AMA absolute weight limit of 100 pounds? Is it even an issue? How about the FAA? I know anything over 254 pounds is considered a "real" airplane vs non liscensed ultra light. Maybe this doesn't come into consideration if there is no pilot in the actual aircraft. But if that were the case.......what prevents someone from putting some servos in a 707 and puttering around with it? (I know, I know........how realistic is that.....but hey, if I were a kazillionare.........it would be interesting to contemplate!) Anyway......probably one of the coolest projects I've seen in a long time! Certainly not bashing, just wondering out loud what the "Authorities" might think. |
