Is it better to go with full counterballances on the elevators on a 34% plane, or partial counterballances, like whats on the H9 Extra? Thanks.

More counterbalance area will further reduce the loading on the servo. Also, the longer the counterbalance, the less weight is required in the counterbalance to mass-balance the surface on the hingeline. Just the theory behind it at least...
