Any tips???? etc... What about your servo selection???? I'm gonna have to go with middle of the road servos to start with... until I can build up some more $$$$ lol |

You should go with the Hitec 5945/5985 servo's on everything and then a 5955 on the rudder.
You will notice a difference over the 5645 servo's but those servos will fly the plane fine if you do get them. Everything else is 10's of dollars more expensive per piece if you want the same performance. |

Thats a great first gasser. That was my first gasser a couple of years ago, but it was the older version, from the second shipment.

Jersey Modeler has one, I'm pretty sure that TBM sells them as well as Chief and Don's Hobby.

This is edge mid may 06 version ailerons goes all the way to the fuse .When the plane was assemble i went with 5645 on everything excecpt the rudder 5955.I
used one smartfly eq on elv,and no the 5645 are not the best but they do the job. You don't half to spend a wad to have fun. When your huckin on the deck you'll be just as happy as the next guy.Since this is your intro plane i would keep it simple. By time you get out of this plane on your way to 40% then you will know why you'll need better electronics.I even run two nimh 2100 batterys on the rec per tom's advice.I get 13 ten minute 3d flights per charge works for me

)After I get the thing in the air and get used to it... then I'll look at upgrades like canisters etc. I currently fly a 90 size Aeroworks 540 with an OS120AX... hoping a can transition to the WildHare without too much trauma.
