Whatever Dan J wants is fine with me. As long as it goes well with Turkey Bacon.

And by the way, it appears you use approx. 8 slices of pork bacon per sandwich. That equates to 28 grams of fat, 8 of which are SATURATED (can you hear the arteries slamming shut?). And what exactly is that in your picture... bacon foam
Oh no.......don't turn this in to a health food contest!! 8 saturated fat so be it. It ought to be up there in the 80grms range if you ask me.
The winner should be determined not only by taste, but how long until his arteries clog.....and he hits the ground.
Looks awesome Max. You just need more of that FRESH stuff!!!!

I mean Viper disappeared. Super Dave will always be here, well at least until he moves to the East coast next year and starts hanging out at south beach making TBLT's.

Trust me. If done correctly, one does not have to succumb to a saturated fat, cholesterol laden lunch. I like to feel ready to go huck some planes after I eat a tasty sandwich, not take a nap and drool on my pillow from excess saliva production following the consumption of a salt-lick. I say, eat for energy AND taste... not just taste. If one does not wish to prescribe to my way of thinking, one does not have to.

So put that on your bread and HUCK IT!
