If Tony Quist is going to be the 2nd JUDGE, Then I insist that I be the 3rd JUDGE...Most of you that know me, assume that I eat all the wrong stuff (MY Bulk) 243lbs, most of it MUSCLE, is a good indicator that I know food, and work outs..Steve D, Tony Q. and myself can render a fair and impartial decision, maybe...it might be tasty. Don't go for the blindfold s##t. Someone once served me hog nuts while blindfolded...hmmnn...tasty??

If needing another judge, I volunteer, Max knows I will be honest.

One thing I see to this though, whomever the judges are, the sandwiches need to be prepared and brought to the judges with a #1 and #2 or sample A and sample B on them to identify them, and none of the judges know which contestant fixed which sandwich.

It's true, it seems I have adopted Spike as a son. He looks thin, but boy can that guy eat! Whenever I break out a sandwich at the field, he gives me a look that reminds me of a lost puppy. He then gets half my lunch.

But I'm not giving him one of my Vegas BLTs, no way, no how, forget about it. I am a judge and this is a serious competition and I have responsibilities.

I think there will actually be a "presentation" box on the score sheet. I know Quist and I will appreciate the girl, not sure about Tom, he is a self described old timer, and I've heard his wife has a mean right hook!
