But, man, I love to fly flat and in the park.....And I wanna Huck it!!! Giant Style.... Look out!!, When I get the 3W tuned, and trust it, I will throw the sticks 'round some!!! p.s.....Bunky your Cubbie is rackin' up the nautical miles, still. http://www.flyinggiants.com/gallery/...hp?photo=31709 |

141" ....I have not weighed mine, I can't figure out how hang it on the scale....LOL. 5955tg's on Rudder,Ailerons, and Elevators, 5945's on Flaps, and throttle. Fromeco 4800 , Super Regulated Reliaswitch, 3 outputs. JR SPCM Aluminum Skis , floats, AP,smoke, Nav lights, and tow setup for banners, and gliders are a given...... As long as I can keep from taking her to field every day until winter!!!! |

Sounds good!!!!!!!!!
What ya do is weigh the wing panels seperately, and then the fuse. Then add up the weights.

Duh....... I know the damn struts weigh 2.5 lbs alone. It is a floater. I just need to read up on the 106. I have a slight hesitation if you punch the throttle, like it is going flame out, but not all the time. Gotta trouble shoot it, instead of just flying it. ![]()

a 1/3 scale cub should weigh about 30 lbs. and all you need to fly one is a 40cc engine. to fly scale.

A friend of mine put a 3W-106 on it. He did it after I put a 3W-75 on mine. Here is his Cub in a hover.

Great video Boss, how did it CG? Did you add weight to the nose or tail or just move things around.
Jim, how did yours fly with the 75cc? Balance issues? joe |

World Models kits are generally of pretty good quality. As in any plane this size you should take the time to look things over and adjust as necessary. The price is great, especially since this third scale is larger than most of the 40% aerobats.
How did that 106 fit the cowl? I'm real interested in getting one of these and wondering how much of my Brison 105 will be hanging out into the wind if I do. |

Took the time to watch the video. From what I could tell any of the 100cc class engines are too much for the plane in th epower department, where any of the 70 to 85cc engines would be just about right. I think I gotta get me one
