Can't find any information on this manufactuer. Any input on the ARF quality and flight performance would be greatly appreciated.

Tom, I have not flown the extra 30%. But I have one of there 35% 260, It is a great airplane. There are a few different versions, of these planes out there, most all are different depending on what hardware is with them. I know that www.eastrc.org has alot of of there stuff in stock, but I dont think they have that one in stock. you may wont to send them an email. I am sure they can get one for you.

Hey guys,

I stumbled across this thread while doing a little website work. We will have the 30% 330L's with the premium hardware in stock by the end of next week. We carry the 30% Yak54 with the premium stuff (hardware, carbon parts, etc as stock), and it's been a good product with no complaints.

I have one of these and I can not find parts anywhere, I did not buy the plane from PAU so they will not sell me parts and east rc does not carry it any more. What do you do when you have a new plane and you can not get parts, it is one of the best built 50cc planes I have seen and flown. How about that, need info. Hangin on the prop.

Are you saying that PAU has parts in stock but will not sell them to you? If so this does not make sense to me. If they were to help you out now this would probably go a long way in gaining a new customer the next time you purchase a new plane. I'm sure they wouldn't mind selling you one of their 36 or 43%ers when you get ready to upgrade!

I hate the fact that you are having trouble finding parts. If we had em' we would sell them to you, regardless of where you bought the airplane. Good luck and I will keep my eyes peeled for you.

What is your color scheme? I've got a spare on the shelf for my 30% extra that I would be willing to part with to help out a fellow flier. $60 sound reasonable?

.

Hi Bird,

We do not stock any Ions, but we do carry the DualSky regs, which I like very much. For Li-Io I would recommend either Duralite or Fromeco, both are great batteries that will last.

I got the same story from PAU when I asked about a cowl and wheel pants for this plane. Would not even sell them to me since the plane wasn't originally purchased from them. I can understand them being upset if their design was copied, or whatever the story was, but I bought the plane used and I figured my money would spend as well as anyones... Guess not.

Dude just tell PAU you bought a used plane and its a genuine PAU and you need parts for it ? How the hell are they gonna know ?

That's the problem, it is not a genuine PAU. PAU has no "Genuine" aircraft. Most of which are Rich Model Aircraft in a custom color scheme, as is this Extra. If Aeroworks had a 30% Extra 300, it too would likely be a Rich Models Extra 300, as 99% of their aircraft are built by Rich Model.

That's why I don't understand why they don't sell to anyone, instead of requiring their customers to be a member of an elite club. Maybe they don't mind sitting on inventory.
