Talking about a BBW without a picture to show is like trying to describe Pamela Anderson without a Playboy to show.

Makes sense Hey Chris I just gave the Horizon guys some budget prices for their runway they want to build down there. These guys are insane. 50 X 800, 75 X 900
and 100 X 1200. You guys are gonna have a nice field. Just wish I could come down there and pave it.

Yeah sound pretty cool. I met Mike Sieniarecki up here at Fox Valley this summer. I told him I'd help out any way I can. Sorry Tbob, didn't mean to interupt "your" build thread.

Jay please never say sorry to Tbag. Mike S. is a good guy. Fick being able to push the plane to the field would be cool but not alot of housing around the field. This will be cheaper than having my own field. Sorry Walt proceed with the build

Wing incidence set: The fuse is setting on a block where the landing gear bolts on cause its flat. The tail is setting on a concrete block with a hardwood block on top of it. With a 2 ft level setting on the firewall and the rear motorbox former I adjust and shim till its dead level. Take the level and turn it sideways directly over the fuse phenolic and shim till its dead level. Install both wings and maintain level across the motorbox wing span wise directly above the fuse phenolic. I have 4 foam wedges that I support the wing tips on and adjust all this keeping everything level. With the wing meter support I set the wings to 0.0. This whole process is supported with the foam underneath and its set up so that the weight of the digital levels do not shift the plane setting as it is. With repeated checks and rechecks with all points at 0.0 I glue 2 -3/8ths balsa blocks to hold the 0 incidence under the trailing edge tack glued to the fuse. Its set, dead on 0.0 everywhere. I meter the wings in the span center,

Hey Walt, since you are the one actually slappin this puppy together are you going to go ahead and put boost tabs on it for T.Bob? He could do without a couple of servos (he's already lost a bunch of screws)!
