Default What's Up with Ultra RC??

Hey all, I friend of mine bought the UltraRC Zero. He was told it was on back order but he was still charged for the bird. He called the number on the website and the phone co. said the number was disconnected!
He's emailed them and got no response. The only time they got back to him is when he went on EB-ay and inquired about purchasing a plane.
Anyone know what's going on with them?
BTW he has taken the necessary steps to stop the charge on his account.

Sorry to hear about your friend's bad luck with them. I'm bummed they're going out of business, if that's the case. Their "UL" stuff was awesome. A buddy of mine has their Giles and I was really impressed with everything about it.
