I keep my planes in my trailer that i park in my shop. My wife would never let me keep planes in the house. The wife used to ask how much things cost, but now she just rolls her eyes when she sees a new plane.

Here is my 16 by 16 heated shed where I store and work on my planes (less now with the shelves on the sides which make it a 16 by 12 shed). I used to have lots of room with a Nexstar trainer, small foamy, then a 33% Extra. That was up untill I bought a mini Yak, 36% Edge and a 37% Ultimate, as well as a TF Corsair (still in the box, which I plan on doing a father son build some time). I bought some shelf brackets from the local hardware store and put a 2x2x25 on the top. This holds all the planes well. I will hang the wings in the bags up on the walls between the planes and the wall as soon as I get some new bags for the new planes. My wife would never let me take them into the house nor does she ask how much anymore, just rolls her eyes.

Kev, I am jealous of that space. Very nice!
So, when you don't have much space but, have a bunch of big(ish) airplanes you gotta get creative. Here's what I came up with to store Scot's planes and a few of mine too Should work out ok, I hope. Also, a pic of the workshop. Cheers, Dave

Dave hears that a lot. Believe it or not, he's partway through a 35% Dalton 260 build! That stuff is neatly piled under the workbench. In the picture, you can see the motor box poking past the wing cores...

Here's my current situation. This is basically the kids' toy room with my toys up on the top shelf. I'll be doing some sort of wall hanging setup very soon. Luckily, the ceilings are 10 feet thanks to having a nearly 100 year-old house.
Until I get to setting up my shop in the back of the house it'll have to do!
