Tim , you have to have cnc cut wings for your Taylorcraft. I can cut you that constant cord wing really easy . Just need the templates and the wing planform. Easy Job.

If you and Doug would quit trying to get 10,000rpms on that motor every flight your props would last longer! You missed Doug and I flying the two loudest airplanes on Earth at the same time during the Heatwave.

Jeremy,
I was thinking the same thing actually. I just threw that out because of the symetrical design. What airfoil would you go with?

Look at some of the undercambered airfoils if you want a taylorcraft that will really get wild as well as slow way down. Im at work or I could make a few suggestions from my cad list at home. Keep me up to date on this airplane Tim. I might want to build one of the Taylorcrafts instead of the cub.

Neliz Cub!! Cool, I have built one and it is the most accurate of all cubs in my mind and Bob was the very first to build a 1/3 scale cub... Roger

Thinking of selling the CNC cutter, that includes the training, spare parts, manual tools, laptop, website, and name... send me a email if you are interested.
It has been very profitable and has funded most of my hobby. Not much time and transferring over to powered parachutes.

I started a thread not to long ago about a 100cc clip wing T-Craft for IMAC. I've been thinking about building one as well. 1/3 scale on the airplane you linked to would give just over 2000 squares of wing area, and a long fuse moment. I think it needs 1-1.5 inches of anhedral (droop) in the wings to make it fly nuetral. I have the Clip wing T-craft that is in my avitar sitting in my hanger right now that could be copied. Tom
