When set-up right, any of the planes mentioned above would be great flying airplanes. Personally, I would prefer the 86" QQ Yak . . . flew the old 85" and it flew pretty good 3D AND precision.

But the sd just looks sweet, and a year ago alot of people were sayin the sd was the way to go (i did alot of diggin) Is there any negatives to the SD from troybuilt???? Positives?????And I think I have the cash for a 75cc, would you guys skip the 50cc "step" and go 75cc if you could just have 1 plane??????Thanks!871
Personally, I would buy a DA 85 and either the Deitrich(sp?) 260 or Hanger9 Sukhoi over a 50cc, but the Extreme Flight would definitely be a serious thought. I guess the deciding factor would be altitude. When it comes to money, the H9 might be cheaper RTF than the EF, but I've never added it up. They both rock from everything I've heard. I haven't flown any of them.

Wait... EF is coming out with a 110" yak that should be light enough for the DA 85.

I am currently assembling an SD 33% Yak but have had 3 x EF Yaks and loved them, just wanted something bigger and I got the SD Yak as an ARC from Chief Aircraft because I wanted to do my own colour scheme.

If you are staying with 50cc go for the 88" EF Yak, it's almost as big as a 102" QQ Yak in overall size but weighs about 17 lbs with a DA 50.

Thanks, Got the sd 33% da 85 combo. I guess the power to weight on the plane is unreal so I skipped the 50cc yak cause of weight. For a 50cc basher plane I am considering the airwild 260 with a dl 50. Once I get my graphics on my Yakie I will post a pic!
