You can buy a 5 year old Carden that will still look better than many new ARF's. Don't get me wrong, there are some real piles out there, but most Cardens are built very nicely. Gotta love them!

Buttface in action!
I got this plane from Ty Layman 2 years ago and recovered it.Ty had it for a few years and recovered it and another guy before him owned it too a few years.Don't know its true age but it looks brand new! Last edited by buttface; 12-07-2007 at 12:57 AM. |

Here are my 35% and 40% Carden Edges. They both have since been sold, but are still looking like new and in great hands. The 35% is on it's second owner and the 40% is on ot's 6th owner, and he still can't believe the way the plane looks and flies. Like new, he says. By the way, they are both presently 5 yrs old.

Here is my 40% Carden Edge. It was a satisfactory IMAC plane but recently replaced with my Carden 260.

Cardens are great aircraft that can last a very long time providing you take care of them.I have two of them but here's a pic of my newest one that I finished three weeks ago.
