Tired of worrying about how your airplane is riding in your trailer on the way to the field? I've got the answer!! Introducing GEAR LEGS(patent pending)!!
Gear Legs have been designed to provide the R/C Community with a way to secure your airplanes while in transport. They have been rigorously tested, and modified several times to result in this final product.
They are made of .135(just over 1/8") high grade steel. They are CNC laser cut to provide the tightest tolerance, and best fit. They are then bent to shape using a machine press. There are NO welds on this product to break, crack or fail! They are designed to give the lowest profile possible, while at the same time providing maximum strength. I'm using high grade stain steel 5/16" bolts with Neflon locking nuts. The bases are 6"x3", the Gear arm is 8" long standard(other lenghts available for shorter or taller gears), and the Gear head is 1" wide x 4" long(The head is also available in a curved raduis to fit curved landing gears).
This design has been road test extensively over the roughest roads found, and has performed flawless!!
