Flyin Hawaiian, I'll save you the wasted tank of fuel. I fly 12 minutes of IMAC on my piped 100 and come down with almost a half-tank left. The upper classes of IMAC burn more fuel than low, slow 3D will... |

I'm with bodywerks - You don't need more than a 1400mah on ignition, you just HAVE to ensure that you are using high discharge capable nimh i.e. low impedence or internal resistance. Also the carbon pipes are lighter and better if money is no object. I only went with cans as I found a good used set cheap and haven't seen adds for used carbon pipes
they're too good to sell.

Flyin Hawaiian - I can't get over how much elevator throw you had on the 88" yak. What is the expo and what servo arm did you use? What servo arm will you use on the 110"?

Looks great! That cowl is HUGE! I was thinking about using some metal screening painted black in my cowl to vill in the hole in the louver plate.. you think it would restrict the airflow too much?

Believe it or not, I am using the same 1.5" SWB servo arm as on the 88". Same control arms, same throw, just bigger!

Rennie, are you running 1 rudder servo or 2? What brand and #? Pull-pull up front, or push pull in the tail?

Rennie,
The plane looks awesome, I can't wait to get mine!!! Looks like I'm gonna be heading to Florida for a wedding the same week as the FX3D Fly In. I'll bring my 88" Extra and 110" Yak down for it, we'll have a warm up for the Nall. Lee
