I think Blair had the 106 on his airframe... pulled it around quite well!

width -6 inches

hope this helps. i also noticed that my knife edge loops were tighter with them on.
i just loves the way it fly's with it on plus it looks cool. im my years of flying i never had the nerve to do a harrier landing. and just yesterday i did one on a paved parking lot because it was so smooth and steady. i was ecstatic about it. did my first harrier landing. so cool.

Did anyone have any misalignment on the cowl lines? Seems to be that if I even up the lines on one side the other side is off I would say between 1/4 and 1/2 and inch. I am really not one to be so picky but it really looks awful with the lines being how they are. I am starting to get bummed with all the stuff i have had to do and buy. Silver overspray in canopy, missing hardware and wrong pilot which btw chris took care of as soon as he found out. I am in no way flaming EF they are kick a$$ and customer service is best in the biz. I am just trying to see if anyone else had similair issues. Cant post pics right now as I am on duty stuck on the ship till tomorrow evening

Hi Bryan.
Yes, As a matter of fact I too have the misaligned cowl stripes, it looks crappy. You would think that for over a thousand bucks the lines would match up. I sent Curtis digital pictures but he never bothered to get back with me on it. My turnbuckles were missing as well, but they did replace them. I would very much like this cowl replaced. Call me if you'd like to talk about it. Send me a PM & I'll give you my number.

I'll send Curtis another E-Mail. It's possible he never got the first one. I would like another cowl, especially now knowing others have the same problem.

I just sent Curtis another e-mail. This is obviously a QC issue. They should replace the defective ones.

Could be a QC issue but if we are the only 2 then we are just unlucky .. Hopefully we hear something soon I really can't see having to pay another 100 dollars for a cowl.

Can you post a picture with the cowl on it? I'm curious to see how bad it is.
