I did the exact same thing. It was tight going together then once you get it on it sinks in how am I going to get them back off. I did the same thing pushing on the inside.

Mine was also VERY tight in the beginning, but after a couple of flying days it fits 100% perfect.

Is the BmE150 really light???

I would think that if you wanted more power, the 3W 120 on cf pipes would be fantastic! and still be light weight!....
I wouldn't go with a 150 on this plane...

Waht is the best way to remove the wrinkles on the black ultrakote? I tried with my heat gun but it seems i have put to much heat and the covering shrinked and went bad?

The 3W 120 is pretty heavy and the BME is only 6 lbs. with ignition. I guess another option would be a ZDZ 120.

Use an iron, not a heat gun unless you hold it pretty far away. Any covering will shrink too much when too much heat is applied and sometimes shrink enough to uncover the seams. Nothing you can really do about that when that happens other than recover that area.

I wouldnt think its needed....BUT in the case someone was to give it a shot, the 170 is 6oz. lighter than the 150......:Banane20: But that would make the wingload more than desirable...IMO

I want to see and fly one with the 85 on a pipe.

It sounds like 10:1 must be the new power to weight standard.

A DA-100 on pipes is an overkill.
