Cool, Fast cars get you 1) chicks 2) fun..
but they also 1) can't carry big planes 2) cost you $$$$$$ in speeding tickets 3) which in turn costs $$$$$$$$ in insurance 4) which leaves no money for Chix or planes... Give me a van or give me death. You could be nakid with a hooker driving the wrng way on the freeway, lights off with bottle rockets shooting out of your tail pipe, and your cool car would get pulled over first. ![]() Trust me, i had everything from sport compact cars, to a 425 HP Porsche 944 Turbo..as well as about 13 sportbikes over the years and all it left me with was 1) a wife , and 2) 51 tickets on my license. No chance to ever get good insurance again... ![]() Oh well.. MV4L (Mini vans for Life!!)

That Katana looks familiar, it went for $1500 on December 18th, 2005. My dad input a what would have been a winning bid, but we got an error message so we lost the bid.
Exact same description and pictures, but from Tuscon. Makes you wonder, but it could have changed hands a few times and is being resold. Would have been a cool plane though. Anybody know about this one? I would hate to see someone get scammed. (I'm not saying that it is a scam, just unusual that there is two; I don't mean to be posting anything negative, hopefully the ad is fine) Here's the original link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...0%3D%26fvi%3D1 Tony, you got an awesome deal! I have never found a 3m for anything under $4000 yet, new or used. Looks good! ![]() Brandon Last edited by 3Dkid330; 03-30-2006 at 02:55 AM. |

Seen on RCU
Carden 35% Extra (old style). Needs work, a bit rough around the edges and has seen quite a bit of use but for the flyer on a budget who wants to move up to 35% and do some IMAC, this would be great. With some effort, you could clean it up and make it very nice. Includes wing bags and new graphics. $200 http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=179300 Dave |

any one wanting to buy these type of plane deals need to use an escro sp? company where you send the money to the comp the person sends the product and when you recieve the product and it is as advertized the comp send the money to the seller and all are happy if its not as adver then the escro? comp acts as a arbittor sp? and will refund the money to you apon you sending the goods back.
i think paypal may have a link to one or more of these comp

LOL...I finally got a reply to my e-mail from this guy, it was about a 1 hour before the auction ended. he says shipping was free if he got 1150.00 for the plane. and would ship it fed-ex.
I said Ok...sure, anybody in there right mind is not going to sell a 35%'r RTF for that kind of money. and ship it for free. It just aint going to happen.
