Default Single or Dual conversion question?

I got a JR R649 for Christmas - It is for an Extreme Flight 88" yak. Will it be ok? or should I go dual conversion?

single conversion is just fine. i fly JR and use this in every plane i own. i also used this inevery heli i have ever owned with no problems at all. if you are using JR and it has the grey crystal cover that is a single conversion. that is what comes with them from horizon.

I agree. I've been flying JR single conversion PCM rx's for over 15 years without a single problem.

Yup, another satisfied JR user here! I've got 649's in all my giant scales and haven't had a problem with them. I did have a crystal crack once, but that was because of a mistake on my part. I had dropped it......
