Remember you have to have a 4.8 volt on the ignition. A 6 volt will burn it up.

Bob, I might use my 2700 mah battery from that yak. It's 4.8v and it weights only 6 oz or so. |

The Jacksonville thing will last the weekend.
6 volts is too high of voltage when it is fully charged (7.3 volts or so) and will burn up the electronic ignition. I am using a 6 volt 2000 mah nimh on the receiver and a 4.8 volt 1650 mah nimh on the ignition.
