January '08 Photo of The Month Contest
It's a new year, indoor flying season is in full swing in the colder areas. Those lucky enough to be in the warm areas are still in full on outdoor hucking mode. The work benches are filling up with winter projects and Christmas gifts.
Lets see some of the great shots.

Here's something you won't see very often.
Yesterday was a tradition that my wife learned back east where people actually have a "flying season". Anyway, on New Year's Day, it was a tradition - no matter what the weather - that you got 1 flight in for the New Year. So out here in northern Cali, she puts on a "Freeze or Fly" on New Year's Day for all to enjoy. There was also a fabulous potluck with crock pots full of hot soup, chili, fresh baked bread and muffins, fried chicken...IT WAS A GREAT DAY! So, back to what you may not see often. Here is Whirly-Girl taking up a new lady pilot in our club who has learned to hover a heli. Whirly decided to share some forward flight characteristics with Kymberly by taking her up on a trainer.

Really wonderful Photos , Great Job . I think these Photos should be used in Online Photography Book with Fully Digitalization for users to get a high quality Pictures to view. |
