Default DR Hobbies 2.6M Extra and DA 85

Well I maidened my DR Hobbies 2.6M Extra and DA-85 today. I have been looking for a 35% airframe to put a DA 85 in. It looks like I made the right choice. The plane came in at 23 lbs. even with the 85 and a Jtec wrap around pitts muffler. The plane flys incredibly well and the DA 85 is awsome. The plane has unlimited vertical. I just love the sound of rolls with a composite plane This combo is a definate keeper.

Light airplane for sure. The DR Extra is the lightest on the sticks anyway!

Todd,
I love it, and the DA 85 is a great fit for the airframe.
Ken,
I think yours will fly the same only smaller Get it done! I will be out at the field tomorrow if it doesn't rain. Give me a call if you are around.

Revs and fuel mixture have nothing to do with the early 85 problems, There are many threads about the problems, just do a little research before spreading more BS
