Nice videos!! This plane looks rock solid! Hey Ken, your going to be at Fresno in a couple weeks... What planes will you be bringing? I'll be going to that event hopefully with my 30% lil brother PAU edge completed!

Just got my 36% PAU Edge this week! My wife bought it for my 40th B-day! SURPRISE!!

All I can say is WOW! I had the opportunity to fly one a couple of weeks ago w/ a DA-85 and it was the sweetest plane I've ever had the opportunity to fly! I knew I had to have one as soon as I flew it!

I spent almost two hours unpacking and starting assembly yesterday, and just kept getting a bigger smile all the time!

The hardware package is of th HIGHEST QUALITY, no junk here at all! I will not be replacing ANY of it!! Dubro, H9, etc.!!! Every hardware pack is labeled as to what it is for, no guessing here!

After only two hours from bringing the two BIG boxes in the house, she is unpacked, sitting on her gear, wings have been mounted (just checking for fit, and it was PERFECT!), stabs mounted (again, fit is PERFECT, all mounting screws and blind nuts match to a tee!). Cowl has been mounted (again, just checking alignment and fit is SWEET!).

Now I just gotta figure out what servos, batts, and engine I will use an order 'em up!!

Here is what I am thinking:

DA-100 - compact mufflers
Fromeco's
8711 - rudder
8611 - ail, ele

DAMN! that is the shortest list of misc. extras I have ever had to complete a large ARF!! I LIKE IT!!!

I will keep you all up to date as I make progress. I am slow as I have lots of other commitments, but this one is so complete, it will not be long till she's in the air!!!

The hardware is great with these kits! This was the only ARF that I used the supplied hardware.

Well......it appears that my wife (who bought the plane for my birthday), "didn't know" I needed another $2,000.00 or so to get this bad-boy up and running!

So, I am trying to "find" a few bucks!!!

I can say that this is one beautiful plane!! What an easy kit to assemble!!!

I have spent an hour or two drooling over it, and if I had all of the gear, I think I could have her flight-ready in only a few mor hours!!!

I will keep you posted as I make progress. Right now, I am at a standstill due to $$$.

Woot!! I finally got to fly this thing. Standard muffs on Da 100, 5955's, 1 8711a rudder, used all the hardware that came with it, CF spinner, fromeco 2600 Batts.
Weight came in at an unbeliveable 25lbs 12oz!!!!! Yeah baby!!!! This thing floats so good its unreal. I got some pics and vid, still need to get vid done, ill post them later if i can. But all in all this thing rocks!!!! It flys so good im thinking of getting another one to keep in the closet in case I dumb thumb it. Ken awesome job on this one!! As soon as the weather gets back to normal ill get some more flights on it. Its looking like a very good flying year

Thanks for the flight report, can't wait to see your vid!!!!

I am waiting on the funds to finish mine (should have all my goodies this weekend or early next week!!).

I soo can't wait for my maiden and subsequent flights all summer!!!!

This plane will make all the campouts at the field just that much more rewarding!!!
