I have a DL100 in an Extra and I was very impressed with this motor. I am putting a DL100 in both my Ultimate and Edge. Hard to beat the price of the motor and it runs well both at idle and flying. The only problems I have heard of so far with the motor is the stock mufflers, but I have not had that issue yet (only flew 8 flights so far).

In case anyone is interest and makes their own servo extensions, http://www.thunderboltrc.com/ has some excellent servo wire and connectors. I have tried others, but found this wire to be the best.

Does anybody running cans know if only two exit holes will move enough air over the cans with the bottom of the cowl cut?

Nice looking plane, Mike! That 40% pilot actually looks just about right in this bird. Where is that field?

I've flown it. I only run it for about 2 min or less on the ground. The field is Mid Florida radio control club. It's between tampa and orlando near Kermit Weeks' Fantasy of Flight museum. We've only been there for about 10 months. The plane flys great. I'd say its a very light 40% feeling plane. Very solid.
Thanks Ryan.

Sweet Mike, yeah I used to live in Melbourne when I went to college so I was wondering if you guys were out near there. I think there is very little difference in flight between the 36% and 43%.
