My flight times were approx. 8 mins each and I didn't drop below 8.7 volts, after the last flight, with any of my batteries (4300 Li ion ign.) .......I haven't recharged yet but I would say I had enough Mah to easily have 5 more flights, if not more,,,,,,,,This battery system is geared towards a 40% plane, but its nice to have a few extra Mah in reserve and the weight is not a factor.

Geoff, my heart was pounding and there was a lot of PF happening,,,,,,,but most of that left as soon as I was in the air,,,,,this plane is a puppy waiting faithfully to get trained!!

Jeff, Jeff, Jeff.............. are you forgetting the setups of your own planes? Well if you have a single 8711 then I'm willing to bet that a single Futaba 9157 would be alright. I'm installing two 9157s in my 43% rudder and have a lot of confidence that it will be a good setup.

A couple of changes from the maiden flights: The ignition battery is now behind/under the wing tube, the tail wheel has nylon spacers and the wing hold down bolts have been changed to socket heads & shortened and I already have the anti rotation pins (Dowels) drilled and spring pinned-------The ignition battery change required no extensions.........any further back and it will (I hope this is home)
