ts4... have you considered calling the people you bought it from instead of complaining on the computer? Things will happen faster that way. I am positive that they will take care of you in a very orderly fashion!

I sent Harve an e-mail and he said he would replace the wheelpants.
He does stand behind his product Thank you so much Harve

Give Herve a call or email him. I am sure he will do what he can, but you need to ask. PAU's customer service has been nothing but one of the best that I ever dealt with. The 36% Edge, the 37% Ultimate and the mini Yak (along with other parts) that I bought have had less to no defects that you have. Just remember.......Sometimes, someone, someplace has a bad day and it can affect thier work which in turns affects others. Give Herve a call or email him.

So far Larry all I've seen is a minor crack on the cowl that won't be seen and a dab of CA would fix from the inside. The elevators appear to be fine after your posts. That one wheel pant is off though. You have every right to ask for a new set there.
But here is the important thing. Regardless of how you feel right now......how can they go back to the factory and set them right if you don't call them and let them know the problems you've had as well as fixing those problems for you. PAU has some of the Best Customer Service out there. Heck they recalled and shipped out new wings at the first hint of an issue that couldn't even be proven to not have been the cause of only using 2 servos. They stepped up and had better wings designed JIC. The plane is an ARF and there will always be inconsistencies with them though. I can't wait to see your face when you finally fly this plane....all your worries and concerns will go away.

Hey Sam good to hear from you, did you go off shore for the training you mentioned?
Yea I mixed up some resin and put a small piece of FG on the inside of the cowl ring to reinforce it. I told Harve that I could live with the missalingment of the hinges. And I just went to PAU's website and asked them to send me a left wheel pant, the right one works OK. From what I see on the covering that yellow must be hard to work with. I told you I had to send my radio in because the spring broke on the aileron gimbel, Well they got it on March 13 I just called them today and the rep said they should get to it some time this week. It just seems like nothing is going right for me, just one &u%#@$ thing after another

Here is what I am doing to my wheelpants to cutdown on the vibration
this Goop is tenachious stuff it will stick to anything sets up fairley quickly I really like it. And a couple shots of my can instal KS-86 Since I took this picture I have put a half inch high strip of 3/32" light ply at a 45% angle accross the front of the exit of the tunnel to create a low pressure area right there.

Looking good TS4, can install looks great and that extra block on the wheel pants will definately cut down on them vibrating. I like goop too, as was said its great for mounting canopy's.
