Excellent choice! I've had mine for over a year now and I've finished my first maintenance task for it; replacing the Tygon fuel lines. Still no wing failure. It's still my best flier. Powered by DA-100, guided by Futaba and Hitec.

Hopefully mine will be coming at the end of this month. Just need to get home first. Mine will have a 3W106 on cans most likely. I'd like to sell the 106 and get a 110 though.

Joe,

Check post 122. Here is a picture from that post. I just built a lite servo tray to sit in the middle.

Last fall I visited Chris in North Carolina to Fly our newly finished PAU 300 SP's together. One of the planes he brought out was the PAU 36% Edge. This is the only video my son and I took while we were there. Had such a great time that we didn't even think about getting the camera out till late in the day.
This is my first attempt at editing a video and had a terrible time deciding what to leave out.
If you want to see it here it is.

I did have one with a 100. I would say the PAU Edge was one of my top 1 or 2 planes I have had, thus why I am considering another one. I have a new 85 and a KS1090, and do not think the 1090 will go in the plane without a lot of work, so may consider trying a can on the 85/Edge and get it below 24lbs.

Razor,

We have not none one with the tuned pipe, but I looked at the fuse bottom area, and it does not look like the modification would be so difficult.
I flew mine (with DA-100) last week-end, and the kite like feeling, after flying 50cc only for a few weeks, was fantastic. What a treat to fly the 36% again!
I did one entire flight with the throttle between 1/4 and 1/2, and it felt totally solid through rollers, 8 point rolls, rolling circles... Several other pilots though it was getting close to stalling, and yet the floaty feeling is such that it was solid for me the whole time. I personally feel no urge to get it lighter, and I like the smoothness of the 100. I really enjoy flying the Edge slow, making it look like a slow motion video.
