You should contact Todd for some sticker BLING for that thing to make it look like the larger one (LOLOLOLOLOL)
Hopefully tomorrow I can do the engine tuning on the Edge. The Ultimate only needs the pilot and landing gear polished and its done. The Su-26 repairs are done but John has my prop........I have a 23x8 in its place but my 3W's prefer the 22x10 for break in.

Hey sweetpea, I would love the file for that dash if you're feeling generous, it looks great! I need a dash and I'm terrible at designing on the computer. bkoal@shaw.ca

Here is a dash I made and printed for mine (two different colors). I just printed it out on plain paper to get the size right, once it was the right size I printed it out on photo paper. One year so far and they still look like the day I put them on.

Here's another dash for PAU Edge owners to choose from. It's what I made for my 43%, though with a little resizing and possibly some trimming it should fit the 36% as well.

Over a year ago I put KS 86 Rear exhaust cannisters on the DL100 in my Pau 36% Edge. longest header length obtainable was 11" in that airframe. Very quiet great idle, Good top end power but horrible transition until about 1/2 throttle when it cleaned up and leaned out and came alive. No amount of needle tweaking or throttle curves would resolve so in frustration I pulled out the cans and went back to in cowl mufflers. Recently I decided to make up some crossover headers and see if I could braze up a set and was shooting for equal 12.5 to 13 inch lengths. When they were finished........... my 1st time brazing a set of headers up I was a little disappointed in that I had a 14 in length maybe 13.75... a little hard to measure with all the bends.
Hooked it all up and flew it............ WOW was I surprised. Pulled as hard as it ever did and no difference beween transition compared to mufflers! Mezjlik 28X10 and the Prop is the loudest thing after about 2/3rd throttle. Was Ripping a bit on the ground but Db reading was 100.8 full throttle at 10 Ft. Should be under 100 with a quieter prop like the Biela 27X10 on my DLE 111/Pilot Sbach. No flex section but they line up spot on the cans............ half expected them to crack apart on the 1st flight but after a dozen they are OK. Here's a picture FWIW. Very happy with the result.

Your pic won't expand........but it appears you have no teflon coupler. I would cut back the pipes and add that. The little flex they give can save you from a cracked header.
