Default EF Vanquish engine selection

Hi Guy's,

I've recently build (read finished) the Vanquish. As in Europe, the engine/ESC set from EF is hard to get, I tried a Kontronic Kora15 engine. As I would like to stick on the 3cell formula, the engine was exchanged by the Hacker A30-14, because of low perfo of the Kontronic on 3 cells. Now with the Hacker, controlled by a Phoenix45, and a APC 14x7E prop, the airframe performs vertical OK, but still I miss some speed on this machine.

Does anyone experienced already with engine combo's and prop sizes on the EF Vanquish?

Grtz,

Speedrick

Did you get this straightened out???

IF not... the business I work for does ship to Europe....

but...I looked up and couldn't find an A30-14????

Which motor was it? will it run on 4 cell.. the Torque setup is best on 4 cells.....

(sorry to dig this up, but I just picked up a vanquish for myself and found this thread)

I'm shoving a Neu 1110/1.5Y 4.4:1 in mine on 4S lipos. But I'm not really one for following the pack, most guys wouldn't bother with the install.
