guys I am building my first gas plane on my own and I am wondering how to mount my smart fly power expander eq10 in my SD model yak 54 33%. It has a plastic cover on the bottom and a eighth inch gap from the bottom cover to the grommets. How do you guys mount yours? Remember now, this is my first gas plane I am putting together on my own.

I made spacers from wood. You can pick up 1/2" x 1/2" rails from your LHS.
