I love the extreme flight kits!! I have the 300E and Love it... One day when I scrape my pennies together I will have one of their big ARFs to tear up the skies with! The quality is second to none in my opinion to include the frame inside.

I still have the plane and it has no crashes, ( you may have thought so by the beat face) and I have just been fed up with it. First off, the Incidence in the horizontal stabs was a pain to get right, the STUPID Saito 180 I put in it gave me big problems. I don't know why but this motor ran SUPER in my Sig Mayhem, but as soon as I put it in my Yak the muffler port got completely stripped out and I had to make a strap on header and then had to use couple hose couplers and hose clamps and that never worked and it was just ruining the plane
The story doesn't end here.

.
Was the Saito vibrating alot? I was thinking about getting a 180 but I have heard similar horror stories of erratic running shaking ..blah blah

Thanks for posting your experience

Well, gonna update this thing again..

Finally!

The economy sucks, so I had to scrape together some pennies to get this Yak back flying.. I sold a few engines online to buy a new slimline pitts muffler and a Perry Pump.

I bought it all, installed it all, and flew it. HAHA YAY! it flies! without the engine quiting randomley! I got to actually fly my Yak for the first time, (I mean fly it) I hucked it around, did some snaps and what not. I only got three flights in and so far, after all this crap has happened to it, it is flying GOOD! The only thing I DO not like is how slugish it is when coming out of rolls and snaps... Is this normal or is it just my servos? my servos suck and they are very slow on the elevators and ailerons. Hitec 5425s or something like that... eventually I'm gonna replace the servos.... when I sell some more engines haha.

Anyway, I'm gonna get some more time on it hopfully this weekend and really decide if I wanna spend more money on the beauty of the plane and buy a new cowl.... going from a 4 stroke inverted engine to a side mounted 2 stroke the cowl is kinda screwed over haha.

Yep, I'm loving how it hucks!
