Bruce always flys great... he's a sandbagger too. He must have flown Sportsman for a few years. Now that he's beat everyoe till they cry he's gonna finally move up! He is very much a technician. He obviously has 30 degrees in math, cause he knows exactly where to execute every maneuver on every line. I've had such a hard time beating him, I figure I'll just hate him. It'll be a heck of allot easier! (That's a joke Bruce) In all seriousness, he will be a top contender. See Kev, now you're talkin.... just start now....sleeping...dreaming ....and practicing ADVANCED! Don't let Darrin get over on you. He said he'll be waiting for you at the Polar Bear and to "bring it on!!" He is "The Predator," after all. Don't let him get away with it, besides you have a simulator so practice isn't entirely out of the picture. Fly that sequence and come join us for some great laughs. Bring your crew too, Brad, Mike V., Jerry, Keith and Bill. We're gonna have some fun! MR |

If you don't get a camper, we have a toy hauler with sleeping quarters throughout the freakin thing, so you would be welcome. We'll be there on Thursday night the 17th. We will have a foamy freestyle too Saturday night, nothing formal, just fun. Seriously John, if you ever decided to fly IMAC, you would be awesome! Be a great opportunity to seed new business too... What plane, or in your case planes will you bring? |

Would you guys mind sandbagging as much as possible? I figure that way I will have less competition in my class. For a good laugh, just sit back and watch ol Flyfalcons attempt to compete with the big boys.

It amazes me to see how far real talent can go in this hobby. Invitational pilots are amazing to watch. They do everything at high speed. I would have a difficult time judging them as they fly better than I probably ever will, so I have trouble finding flaws in their manuevers. Speaking of camping, I think we are going to Yellowstone this year on vacation. Barring super volcanos, the trip should be a photographic adventure. |

Wow I leave this thread for a day and there is a fricking book to read. Thats good.
Mike, yes the plane is ready. I made some changes too. Lost some OZs as well. The gear is all fixed and I did away with a couple switches now that I have a reciever that has its own specail switch. Cant check the batteries from outside but I wont need to when I have 2. Hoping the plane flys better precision now that I moved stuff forward. Gonna try to fly tomorrow weather permitting. See you there. |

Hey Dan,
Bring the Kiwi. Bring the Kiwi. Bring the Kiwi. You are getting sleepy, sleepy sleepy. When you wake you will bring the Kiwi to the field. You will let Darren try it out. He will thank you and you will bring the Kiwi to all future contests for Darren to fly and compete with. WAKE UP DAN! |

I will try to fly. My Carden is still out of commission till I get the cannisters back. Hopefully later today. I will fly the yak. It needs to be trimmed out. I am sure it will require some mixes. I am thinking along the lines of the Hanger 9, 35% 260 for a back-up plane. Dave seems to really like his. He says it flys as good as his Carden...? Sounds like, for the money, it might be a fairly inexpensive way to go. Personally, I can't imagine a better flying plane than my Carden. It is an awesome machine! See you later, Rainman |
