San Diego IMAC - Feb 2-3
Just a quick reminder to all of you that plan to attend the San Diego IMAC to go and register at letsflyrc.com.
Last year we had a great time, finished early on Sunday and ran only one flight line all weekend. This is also a great place to pick up some extra TAS points and get in front of some great judges who are willing to help you out. See you all here in two weeks. Pedro. When I was younger I used to live in San Diego. I now live in a western suburb of Chicago. Saturday there was no flying with a 26 Degree below zero wind chill.
Where did I go wrong?.........

Hey Bill,
Glad you are comming out! Are you bringing the girls? If so, I'll try and arrange some horse riding for them while we fly. I spoke to my wife, and she thinks we can arrange a formal horse lesson on a former world champion horse. We also got some cows in to chase now. Let me know. |

Sam,
The planes from Vegas to San Diego on Fridays, and from San Diego to Vegas on Sundays, are empty and cheap. Everyone is going in the opposite direction. Just put your plane in some one's trailer and fly out. I'll pick you up at the airport, and give you a place to sleep! Pedro and Tim, apologies are in order...Seg and dad will not make San Diego...Major repairs to Motor, and plane has some structual issues to be addressed as well as cosmetics.. We were going to make a quick trip via truck, leaving the mtr Home in Garage..not now of course. Regards..Gunshow

No one from Vegas is making the trip it appears
 I'll see what I can wrangle up this week though. I'd only be bringing my 35% Su-26 as I haven't flown the "IMAC" bird since the TAS. I've been setting up my 35% and trying to get the motor just right. Its pretty much done now.
