Here are the pictures from pretty much start to finish. No the motor has never been in any kind of crash. It looks that way because it is very well used. I cant wait to see what it is going to do on this light airplane.

I have a 120, the one with the angled exhaust outlets instead of straight like yours. Looks just like it otherwise, same Johnson mufflers and all. I'd like to slap it in a ~35% plane if it'd fit and wasn't too heavy. Seems like it's 2 lbs heavier and 2" wider than a DA 100, but I good ol' engine.

The 120 fits in this cowl with at least 1 1/2 inches of room on each side of the spark plugs. We thought it was going to be closer than that but once its in we noticed that the cowl was really huge. You could probably fit a 150 in there but that would be to crazy. The maiden is set for tomorrow. Supposed to be sunny but windy. The plane wont know its windy though.

I bet a 120 would be a great engine for the 110" EF Yak. Little bigger engine, little bigger plane.

Yeah the axles on the plane suck!!!! Made 3 nice light landings and when I turned the plane over to clean it at the end of the day I noticed they were completely bent. Other than that the plane flew well. Couldnt really tell if it flew exceptionally well because the wind was blowing 15-20 all day with gusts above 20. The next time I fly it will be down at the Jacksonville fly in the week after next. I did do a few harriers down on the deck and did notice it shoots out of a harrier straight up pretty well. I could tell a huge difference in that aspect between it and the Chapman Cap on how much faster it accelerated straight up.

Good deal on the flights. I replaced my axles after the first time I had it out too. I can't wait to get it out and burn more gas through it...

I wish I would have checked them after the first flight. Could have gone right into the hobby shop at the field and put a new set on. Wouldnt have taken 10 minutes

The plane is just awesome. Flies the sequence and does 3d very well. They do say the right combo is a 100 size motor but I think I have to disagree! My TOC 120 on this bird is just ridiculous. Its balanced perfect and just has balls out power. I have never flown a plane like this with so much power, other than a foamy. I thought my chapman cap had balls out power but this thing is crazy. It literally hovers at a little less than 1/4 throttle and punches out to the heavens faster than a foamy can. Have not weighed the plane just because of the fact it must be pretty light because of the power I have and I can tell a huge difference in the weight between the cap and this plane. I am very happy with the plane and can't wait to fly it more. If you are at Nall, come check it out and see for yourself the balls out power it has.
