Default Are you using Xtremelink (XPS) and why

This is not a poll. I have converted to XPS on a Multiplex and would simply like to know the depth of XPS users out there. Tell me why or why you do not use XPS. There system offer several advantages, but they are not relevant to why I chose it. Just to satisify peoples urge to know, I use it because XPS has offered an easy upgrade path to 2.4 technology on a Profi mc4000.

Warms Regards,

Travis

I have been using XPS since May. I have it in a 28%, 33% and a 35%. Not one problem with my Futaba 9C.

I used it for a while with a 9303 it worked fine decided to get the 2.4ghz 9303 so I sold it. If you want to keep your original transmitter it seems like a decent option.

I use XPS on my 10X with my small planes. I won't use it on anything 50cc or larger until they come out with the telemetry and satellite RX's

I've been using XPS for a while and although it works I plan to move on to Futaba once their system comes out.

XPS just announced they're going to be producing a 900 mhz system while in the meantime not providing what they previously promised...side pin receivers for 2.4 and so on.

I also get the feeling that two people run the whole company but it's actually probably five...

To be fair.......they did release the end pin 6ch RX right after the New Year. It quickly sold out.
From the AMA show they stated they will still be supporting 2.4 while working to release 900.

I do agree that the future technologies (XDP,Endpins,Telemetry,Satellites) has been slow in being released

I'm sticking with them for a while until I need a new radio at least. I can wait for the extras like telemetry and in the mean time I can fly just fine. And now with the XDP I can set failsafes so easy, I really love it.
