I know nothing about any of this though, i can barely handle pepper out of a pepper shaker...

I am no expert but living in Texas I have witnessed the Habanero, if any of you are thinking of messing with a habanero pepper, DON'T DO IT, when people say you will end up in the hospital it is no joke. I have seen it happen it is NOT FUNNY.

I've never eaten one whole but usually cut up about 1/2 or less and disperse it over my food.
Oh by the way. If you cut em with your bare hands Don't rub your EYES after touching them things. It burn like H$LL for a loooong time.
