Preparation for the 2008 Tucson IMAC (Not to be confused with the Shootout) is now underway, and this years contest looks to be a "cant miss event". Bill Hempel and Myself will be the CD's for the contest, and we have gathered a great crew to run the contest including Anna Wood who will handle our scoring. Tony Russo, Brian Hueffmeier and Dan Alley will also be on hand to help with flight line duties.

This years contest will have a cap of 50 pilot's, so please be sure to get registered as soon as you possibly can. I'll be posting a flyer with all of the needed information here in the next week or so.

Hello Bill,

The contest should be a great one with both of you running it! I plan on being there for sure. Will you be building a list after 50 pilots sign up? I ask because we had 69 sign up and like 55 show for ours three weeks ago.

Bill...Eric Powell will be there for sure..Unlimited..count us in as this will be a must make it trip for us.

No official word yet other than NLT June report date.

But it looks like either Shreveport LA (back to the B-52) or off ot Whidbey Island WA to fly EA-6B's with the Navy.

But that report date means I leave in May and I have to start getting things packed and ready to move prior to that along with trying to find a place to live.

I am working on plans to come down. TRCC is a great place to fly. You have a great team to run the show.
