Default New Open face helmet pilots

Paul from No Limitz sent me some pics of some new Open Face Helmet head pilots. These look sweet. He will be starting with 28% (50cc) Pilots and will do 35% Pilots in the future. They look sweet.

Do they have any argyle sweaters? or sweater vests? That would be nice.

Yes they have......2 pilots have worn them. (though it was not IAC)

There are photos online if you search hard enough.

These helmet heads will look much better once you get the visor on them.

Sweet can you show us a picture of a full scale aerobatic pilot wearing a full face helmet. I have never seen one.

Last time I found it was about a year ago. I didn't save it, but I'll look again. If I recall correctly they were airshow pilots not IAC....but were performing aerobatics nonetheless.

Frank Versteegh said at the San Diego RBAR that he will be switching to a full face helmet next year (this year) to avoid injury due to birdstrikes.

Just FYI.

They look alright, the sweaters not so much.. Now we have scale pilots for our non scale planes. lol I was never a fan of the full face helmets, but it would look good on rc motorcycles, when I flew aerobatics full scale we didnt wear any helmets..

Acctually do some research before you say that because full face helmets have been used in full scal aerobatics.

Michal J. Wigans flew a Z-250 (a.k.a. Wigans z-250) my dad designed that aircraft. But Mr.Wigans flew with a full face raceing style helmet in IAC for many years.
