South Island Aerobatic Dates for 08 Finally Released!!!!!!!
Right finally we have sign off from all clubs involved so all aerobatic dates for 08 are now sorted ... you can check them out here: http://nzmaa.org.nz/apps/calendar.asp

I'm going to be blunt here but Alex T asked a good question at the expo. When is the nzrcaa site going to be updated? The last pics were from March last year.

As soon as someone provides some content and pics for the website .... its pretty difficult to post new pics when you don't have any!
I agree the site needs to be updated more frequently .... however it also needs content for this and its a pretty average job when I am the only one contributing. I spent in excess of 100 hours putting that site together (I am by no means a web developer, probably why it took so damn long!) and unfortunately very few people have spent 1 hour sending anything to add to it  If there is anyone out there with some web skills, the desire to keep the site updated and do a better job than I then please make yourself known. And come on you North Islanders, you buggers are the worst of all. Think I have only ever received 2 reports and photos from you in like 2 years. Sorry for the rant, but I hear peoples complaints but never any contributions or praise (should be used to that working in IT!!) 1CAN Edit: just found the 14 pictures I took from the last comp in Dunedin, sorry Terry I will add those right now.

I completely understand. I made it to all but the Queens Birthday event and took pics. Do you still have the cd with the pics Patrick? I'll have a look on the puter to see if I still have any.
Today was great weather with very light winds. Would have been nice to see some of the southern guys turn up but it gave me more of a chance :-) |
