Yup...I agree. It's just easier that way. But I'm half German and half Hungarian and I can only put up with about 3 or 4 orders out of her in a row before I let her have it with both barrels...so to speak...and tell her to get lost for awhile. Yeah, I pay for it later by enduring an insignificant amount of guilt while telling her that I'm sorry (not really) and that I love her more than anything (really), but at the moment of my verbal 'lashing out',...it's instant gratification for me.

Now that's all well and good, but look back a bit...she's not giving orders, at least not in the normal sense...she's learned over the year's how to get what she wants...it's not an order, just a well thought out request

okay...to be even more honest, she refuses any requests AFTER I've blasted her and BEFORE I've said "I'm sorry". She's pretty 50/50 the rest of the time. (We've been under the same roof for some time now...years...she's the one!)
