Default Whats up with this???

Why did all the comp arf planes go up in price. The 3m extra 260 is now 2640. when I bought it, it was 2490. This applied to the all the other planes to.

Valuation of the dollar I am assuming. Where the weak dollar is great for guys that export product abroad, not so great for importing stuff in.

My Comp Arf rep called me and told me that as of last Monday, Comp Arf was having a price increase of about 6-8%. He was trying to get me to buy a plane. Said he was contacting his "best customers". (funny, I only ever bought one plane from him).
I asked WHY would they want to increase prices.
His answer was that Comp Arf has not had a price increase in the last 4 years.
Hell, most people I know haven't had a raise in the last 4 years either.
I recently got over the jonesing for composite planes, and it feels so good to be back. Nothing like an Aeroworks Quick Build...
