Default Challenger Pitts + Servos

Hello!

I need some help and meanings about servos to a challerger pitts from Exclusive modellbau(http://www.emhw.de/). Mr.Weiershäuser who is the producer of the kits reccomends 2*10 kg servos for each elevator half. The elavator halfs is big, but I think it is enough with one of these JR 8711,Hitec 7955 or Futaba for each half. What do you think? Would be very happy for some help on thisone. If I could save the weight of 2 servos like this in the tail I could save a total of around 600 grams or 30 ounze total which is great....Thanks for all help!
