Default IMAC Sequence Times

Just out of pure curiousity, does anyone know about how long it takes to go throught the IMAC sequence?

depends on the class....

IIRC last year, Sportsman was about 9 to 10 minutes wheels up to wheels down (that is one round or two sequences)
Unlimitied was about 13 or 14 minutes...

I'm going from memory here so don't quote me on the times, but I think they are in that vicinity

For Basic.... Hmmm..I'd guess about 8 or 9 minutes for a full round,,, which is 2 sequences...

You will love it!!

I was just out practicing this morning...till the Winds came!!

Ben,
Exactly what Al said!! Most basic pilots seem to think they are flying a pylon contest. It's the adrenalin factor, we all get it. Which gives you no time to think between maneuvers and does not present well to most judges. No matter what class your flying you want to give the judges your best presentation. A good caller will help you during your round.

Well, I flew in one contest last year, but right now I'm considering buy an electric plane for this year. Want to make sure I can finish without over discharging my LiPos.

Extreme Flight 74" Yak. Probably go with a Neu 1515/3D on a Castle 110HV ESC.

Oh, I had a lot of fun at the first IMAC contest I did. I ended up 4th out of 7 and I only had been through the sequence once the day before. I like IMAC and I want to do it to improve. Still enjoy working on hovering and torque rolls and all that other stuff to though.
