Default 27% Extra 300s build.

Hello!

I`m starting to build a 27% Extra from scratch, thought i`d share the progress with you.
Right now i`ve only cut out the stabs and i´m waiting for the wood to arrive.

The wood arrived yesterday!!!
So I sheeted one of the stabilizer halves, the other is drying right now.
Also I cut out some more fuse templates.

The wood i use is Casco's polyurethane wood glue, it expands when curing and forms a good strong bond.

What plans are you using ?
I have a set of pre-sheeted wings, stabs, cowl, canopy, landing gear and hardware for an old Eurokit Extra 260 30% that I lost the fuse kit moving and I would like get some plans to scratch a fuse for these parts. Modify the fuse of the parts to fit each other.

Yesterday I cut out the servo holes in the wings and glued on the leading edges to the stabilizers.
Today i shaped it. I'm still figuring out what is the best way to cut the wing tube hole, if you have any suggestions let me hear 'em.

Hey Magnus, good to see some progress. I got the plans where I can read them now if I can only find one that will let me print it ! Can't help you on the wing tube thing, I've wondered how they get that straight and in line myself. Good luck on the build.
