A few days ago We released our new 35cc Extra 260. Now we would like to let you in on a COMPLETLY new desighn from Aeroworks. Our new 35cc Extra 300 QB! This airplanes flys incredibley well and is THE smoothest plane in its size I have ever flown.
It is the same QB quality you have come to expect from Aeroworks in a smaller more affordable package. It is designed around the 35-45cc size gas engines or large glow engines and includes carbon wing and stab tubes along with the full QB hardware package. We are very excited to add this new plane to our hanger and hope many of you will add one to yours! We would like to thank Dave Michael for the use of his scheme. The Videos and manual are now online, you can check them out here:http://www.aero-works.net/store/detail.aspx?ID=309

The 35cc's are expected to arrive around later April. An O.S. BGX would work well if you wanted to stay with a glow platform.

I am really likin' the looks of that Extra! If DA came out with a 35, I'd be all over it!

Mark,
I just ordered one of these birds, (my second AW Quick Build) and I can't wait for it to arrive. Quick question for you- I also ordered the Brillelli 46 for this airplane, and I was wondering if you used the stock exhaust for this engine, or did you use an aftermarket Pitts style muffler. If you did use a Pitts, can I ask where you got it? Haven't been able to find a Pitts muffler that fits the Brillelli 46.... Thanks! Scott |
