It really puts the scale back in Scale Aerobatics to see that... I love flying IMAC and at Scale events too. I'd love to take a Sukhoi like that completely detailed with panel lines, rivets etc to a Scalemasters event and be able to put on a scale aerobatics routeen.
Of course you can't really do that since you can't fly a sequence in Scalemasters and you'd get very low scores at an IMAC freestyle without any 3D (not possible for mear mortals in a highly wing loaded scale airplane.) But it would be WICKED for fun fly's and air shows! Seems to me the 3.3m CA Yak, QQ Yak or 3W Yak with the 250 would be a nice IMAC combo! Might not make the noise rule though... but what a sound! |
