Hi

Have the 26 GT2 , I like it. I have mine in a Seagull super star, The best airframe I have had it in so far. had it in the Hanger 9 1.20 Edge 540 ( to heavy) CMP Edge 540T ( to heavy)

What ever you pick, it must come in under 10lbs

Take a look at East R/C , nice Sukhoi SU-26 25% 8.6 to 10 lbs

The GT 26 makes a nice scale or warbird engine, it is very hard to find and finish an airframe for 3D with the wing area you would need and keep under 10lbs.

Good luck
Dave

I have an Mvvs 26cc with an ES composites tuned pipe in the older heavier wild hare edge 120, and it is a brilliant plane.

It will prop hang, but it is on the limit. the all up weight at the minute is 12.5lbs. I reacon if you can get it down to 11 or less your on a winner.

I would definatley have a look at the newer lighter version of the edge, it could only be better.

Any of the giant stick planes would do well with it..I had one on a Great Planes Giant stick...it was awesome.

I have the Wild Hare Edge with Version one of the Evolution 26GT. 10lb, 3oz all up (Dry). Perfect combination. Only have about 10 flights on it due to weather but so fare I have found now weak points with this combination.

The funtana or the showtime from H9 are also possibilities for this engine

My LHS handed me a H9 Twist 120 (I think it was 120..not sure..whatever the bigger one is) with the EVO motor and told me to demo it and let everyone fly it.

It was great, and it only had the stock exhaust. It ended up being sold the very next day, as it was very popular . Just a ripp snorting blast.
